Annual Wiser & Stronger
Summit
A One-Day Summit for African American Youth & Families
In Celebration of Black History Month we are pleased in
collaboration with Monterey Trail Black Student Union and WISEE
QUEEN DREAM Institute for Girls & Women are pleased to present
the 6th Annual Summit for African American Youth & Families (But
All Are Welcomed). Our theme this year is: Transform Your
Reality.
Our Keynote Speakers are: LaToya London, Powerhouse Recording
Artist, 2004 American Idol Favorite. Dave Hollister, Award
winning R&B Recording Artist, Producer & Motivational Speaker.
And Andrea Wilson, President of RKD Music Management,
representing varies artists and athletes.
We provide Breakfast, lunch and materials. There will be
workshops for Youth 13 and Up, Adults and Pregnant & Parenting
Youth. Also a Inter-Generational Panel Discussions, Celebrations
of Dancing, Singing and Honoring Educators & Youth.
This summit is designed to engage youth and family about the
state of African Americans Education, Health Care, Mental
Health, Justice System, Parenthood, Sisterhood, Relationships,
Self Development and much more… But most of this entire summit
is about youth changing the direction of the world by developing
and implementing positive solutions and campaigns.
